Sometimes it's absolutely necessary to have additional help from an expert with your project. And it's often just a nice, comfortable feeling to have backup waiting in the wings if you need it.
Here's the deal on this deal:
- I can only work with a limited number of people at one time. So, first come, first served.
- I reserve the right to remove this offer at any time for any reason. If you're reading this, it's still good.
- Your 30 consecutive days of e-mail consulting starts when you make your purchase.
- You will receive a priority, private email address to which you can send your questions.
- You may email questions anytime, but I only answer from Monday to Thursday (business hours).
- Generally, you'll get a response within 24 hours, depending on when you sent your question.*
- Emails are responded to in the order in which they are received.
- Every person who purchases this offer will have a claim on part of my personal time. Therefore, there is a no refund policy on this purchase.
- You will have one option to add another 30 days to this agreement, subject to my approval; such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
*For example; if you send in your question on Monday morning, you can expect a response to arrive back to you on Tuesday AM. However, if you forward a note to me on Saturday morning, my "respond" clock starts ticking at 9 AM on Monday - resulting in your answer also arriving on Tuesday. Emails will be responded to in the order in which they are received. Offer is also subject to a standard of reasonableness. My role with this is as a helpful advisor.
